Don't worry about trading shares yet. For now, you just figure how you can buy them. They were just .01.
You'll need an international account. Your broker will need to be trading on the DAX. Most brokers that trade on the Tronto will trade your T4R shares as a courtesy if you already have an international account with them.
IMO, the recent difficulty in getting ones broker to trade a list of FF issues which T4R may have been on, is due largely in part to a new FF Exchange rule that took place I believe February of this year. The new rule has to due with additional reporting requirements that were required of companies who shareholder base grew beyond a certain threshold. Several small FF stocks fell under the new rule and trading was frozen due to lack of reporting. One Broker was said to have 60 of his accounts held up due to the little known change in FF market tier rules. The FF exchange has Market tiers much the same as Pink Sheets Markets in the US.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for your very courteous reply. I really like the price here, but the volume is not overwhelming me. The general rule is volume over price. Having said that, I think this is undervalued. If Allie is here, I know she did her homework.
Absolutely old_schooler. New rules have come into play for stocks on the Frankfurt exchange.
As you already know, each tier on the Frankfurt, has certain compliance rules for the company to adhere to.
I believe Ticker is ready to move up to the next tier on the Frankfurt Exchange which will require audited financials. I believe Ticker is already working on this and a prospectus.
