You don't know what is happening behind the scenes. Logic says the Co. knows about it. Logic also says that they are cooperating with Frizzell. You wise guys have forgotten one thing here in the math ... how many shares do the insiders still own ? Logic says that the Co. has told Frizzell this number. It seems to me that he has confidence now. This will be the first time almost anywhere that these numbers will come together. Nobody took the effort to assemble them until now.
Thats a good question Fung and one I have wondered about for quite some time. However I believe there is more to be discovered yet about CMKX and it is probably why the Management have run the company so secretly up until now. After all it is a mining company that is supposed to be sarching for Diamonds etc
