By selling ARTS shares to pay the bills because he can not bring in any business but buys a company and R/S it before beginning to trade it and doesnt even RS it to $10.00 so we can get our dividend share...How can this be "Good things ahead with ARTS"?

That is a flat out incorrect statement. Show me a filing, or any other link that indicates the Civil Actions have been taken care of. Quite the opposite in fact, and the filings do not even include all the Civil Actions. In FACT, one of the Civil Actions that was not even mentioned in the filings has resulted in a default judgement against, with the authorities looking to sieze assets, and finding NONE. How can you say that is "taken care of"???

Regarding a QUADRILLION. Here is the easy math.

50:1 R/S times 24,000:1 R/S = 1.2 Million to one R/S.

Well over a Billion issued since then (according to the filings)

1.2 Million times well over a Billion = well over a QUADRILLION. Please feel free to correct if the math is wrong. Mathematical facts are not speculation. Neither is active court actions. The only thing that is speculation is believing the filings tell the whole truth. That has been PROVEN to be an incorrect thing to believe as the whole truth.

Let's discuss that statement a bit furhter. Are deadlines mandated by the SEC "manufactured"??? They have missed SEC deadlines for filing, as well as the extension granted by the deadline "manufactured" by the SEC. Are you saying the SEC is a phony regulatory agency that just "manufactures" deadlines to hamstring companies who are just trying to grow their shareholder value? EV aught to sue the SEC if that is really the case.

really? Isn't it a laugh riot how so many called 'an upcoming' no bid right after the last reverse split occurred & were absolutely right? Arts is garbage & has been pure garbage for some time. It's as over as over gets. Here's my next call: BANKRUPTCY. Debate it with me. EV has nothing. Arts WAS pure pump & dump. Now it's done.
