manufactured deadlines

Let's discuss that statement a bit furhter. Are deadlines mandated by the SEC "manufactured"??? They have missed SEC deadlines for filing, as well as the extension granted by the deadline "manufactured" by the SEC. Are you saying the SEC is a phony regulatory agency that just "manufactures" deadlines to hamstring companies who are just trying to grow their shareholder value? EV aught to sue the SEC if that is really the case.
