Alex Tawse was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2007, and Chairman in March 2010. Mr. Tawse provides executive management for us. He manages acquisition prospecting, negotiation, and agreement finalization, public reporting requirements, audit requirements and auditor requests, corporate level accounting and consolidation of accounts, coordinates with external counsel regarding legal issues, financing, and discusses major operational issues with subsidiary managers.
