happened to meet a Pakistani computer rep here in Michigan.
His office is in his basement. He answers the phone all day long, in a very thick Pakistani accent.
He even laughed about some of the people complaining about service calls getting routed overseas, even though his are routed from all over the US to his house right here in Michigan.
Yea, and what's really funny is that at least the indian people are concerned about being understood, and are very polite about repeating what they are saying, while the average americans tend to be rude about the whole thing.
