I hear the Mayor resigned under the coming force of SEC scandals and falsified statements. They are calling San Diego, ENRON by the SEA. Its a nice place to live, but it seems like a financial collapse is coming for San Diego City.

What impact will the coming bankruptcy of San Diego have on housing values and the business environment there?

It doesn't sound good.
