I'm making a fortune in real estate just doing nothing. This bubble is absurd but it is what it is. Unfortunately to monetize it, I would have to sell my house and live in a cardboard box under a bridge. The girlfriend says she might visit me occasionally but the cats said forget it, they are staying near the refrigerator and the fireplace :>).
