CGAQ - it says Armando Cascati in the Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement filed by CGAQ on June 10, 2009.

Who knows though could be the same person with more than one variation for the spelling of his name.

I'd guess that Sosua is a location in the Domincan Republic since it follows the word 'de'

There are probably lots of businesses with Sosua in the name and Armando may be a common Dominican name.
