This is the part I completely fail to understand. Why chase the ENSSFM Easter Bunny when the real crooks in this case are apparent from their own (false and fraudulent) statements?

I guess there is the fantasy that the ENSSFM will have to bail out the stuckholders, while it is obvious that the money is probably gone if this is an old-fashioned fraud.
