If you mean that many of the stuckholders believe that the price of EIGH shares has been manipulated downward and that a huge naked short exists, that would be a true statement. We are watching and waiting anxiously to see how the regulators intend to address it. Will they protect the criminals who have abusively naked shorted the stock so they don't lose millions having to buy back the non existant shares that they sold and will they be fined for not following the rules? Or, will the criminals be protected by those who supposedly regulate them? Stay tuned. Go EIGH!!! My one allowed post for the day!
