NV can not cancel common shares or any state. A judge can do it or the company can do it. Since it's a shell, I doubt that is going to happen.

Like I said, 'Permanently Revoked' status does NOT cancel shares. The company can always reincorporate in another state.

Nobody is cancelling any shares....LEAST of all Nevada....lol...This is a clean shell looking for a home.......z
