Exactly. And fwiw.......it almost takes an Act of God to stop a stock from trading.......and NEVER a shell just cause it's dormant.......z

Both the SEC and the state besides the company could cancel a stock! Can you show me the document or link to prove what you said? A judge
can not cancel a stock without the permission from the company or the registered state anyway!
