Offcourse, since the buyer bought the buisness and the seller agreed to sell the buisness... both must be right in there opinion... right?

From what I have heard, a local politicians bought the dairy segment. Good, bad, bribe? Anyway, since they got 45milj instead of 31milj, that deal was not as bad as it seamed at first. If I'm not mistaken, they bought the buisness for 27milj a couple of years ago.

I might be mistaken but I think the one who bought it was a co-founder of the dairy or the like. Or the one who owned part of the dairy already.

If you do not know more than that you should be quiet. It is quite another thing if you can prove that they are lying then you are more than welcome to submit everything. It is a very serious allegation. Unfortunately, it seems to be allowed to write just about anything in the U.S..

I have absolutely nothing against people who are critical. It's good for the debate with critical posts. Snow wrote critical comments, but he kept a good tone and never made unfounded allegations. Maybe it's because he comes from Norway.
But what you are doing is something totally different than being critical.Your sole purpose is to try to raise concern among shareholders. The end justifies the means.
