The air perit was approved. Obviously. It's an entirely different department that handles it. It hasn't been ISSUED, fine, but in the context of this silly debate ridiculously claiming that the air permit would somehow be delayed after the solid waste permit is granted is just laughable. The air permit people are done and have been done for a while.
I believe a link was posted to this effect a week or two ago, but I don't care enough to find it because in the court of common sense, DUH, of course the air permit was approved already. Eons ago. It being on hold until the microsecond the solid waste permit is issued is irrelevant.
There is not an issued air permit at this time. The air permit was approved.
Did I say issued? No. I said approved. Therefore it's not any hold up whatsoever no matter how much some people may wish it to be.
