Issuance of the permit is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO doubt about it. It allows JBII to use such documentation/credentials to coordinate with JV's in other states the fact tracking of permits in states where they may be needed . I also think it facilitates the signing of sales agreements where potential customers are interested in the product but would like to see the company get permament production permits in hand. It is simply a matter of when, thats for sure, but how sweet would it be to see the permits Pr'd before the shareholders meeting or announced at such..IMO.sea
