Completely agree. Gives us the go ahead to operate (permanently) and credibility and govt endorsement to show U.S. fuel buyers and plastic partners.

I agree completely. My friend and I have always said and reasoned that any large company wanting to do deals, buy fuel, JV's, ect. would wait for a full permit. I know others may disagree with this.
As time goes by I would think we will see steady price increase because of the many things going on with JBII.
