I hope NY DEC finally is past the foot-dragging stage & does not blow this opportunity!

IMO the issuing of THESE HISTORIC permits for a NEW GREEN TECHNOLOGY OUGHT to be a MAJOR MEDIA WORTHY event for NY DEC!

Surely one of the NY DEC reps would want to be there for such an announcement/photo op for the press!
