PSL 4= 40/85 or 47.06%
PSL 5= 59/86 or 68.60% (Highest Levels of PSL)
PSL 6= 58/88 or 65.91%
PSL 7= 39/75 or 52.00%
PSL 8= 47/80 or 58.75%
PSL 9= 45/80 or 56.25%
PSL 10= 57/87 or 65.52%
PSL 11= 28/65 or 43.08% (Lowest Levels of PSL)
PSL 12=27/49 or 55.10%
PSL 13=20/55 or 36.36%
PSL 14=33/58 or 56.90%
PSL 15=26/54 or 48.15%
PSL 16=33/53 or 62.26%
PSL 17=29/53 or 54.72%
PSL 18=25/40 or 62.50%

As we can see Wildcard Usage rose again in PSL 18, don't know if these stats mean much, but I think these stats are interesting nonetheless.
