Oh I know that.Thats why I come here to hear what people have to say and look at all the dd and try to do my own and share it..I think you are one of the better guys on this forum and understand why these things take so long..I hope Mr. Park is right and this thing is .80 cents plus I am just wondering where he is getting this info if it is just from Mr. Porter or if his friend in the mining field believes that they are mining enough gold that the stock price should be at that level. In the end it is the traders who asses what the value of the stock is..
Smpark is either full of it or walking a very close edge to insider trading.
I believe it's the second one of those 2 choices knowing him somewhat from the LKEN board.
It's true that there are a lot of questions here but when you stop and think about it, we don't matter at all in this deal. So why should they share anything with us when the we constitute such a small % of the shares.
You have the same type of deal being done on BRZ*. And if these deals do in fact get done both of these stocks are going to do a lot more than run up a few pennies.
All we need to be concerned with is... Are they diluting the stock???? NO Are they in trying to work out a deal for a R/M of some kind??? By looking at the Nevada Filings...Yes they are.
