Smpark is either full of it or walking a very close edge to insider trading.

I believe it's the second one of those 2 choices knowing him somewhat from the LKEN board.

It's true that there are a lot of questions here but when you stop and think about it, we don't matter at all in this deal.
So why should they share anything with us when the we constitute such a small % of the shares.

You have the same type of deal being done on BRZ*. And if these deals do in fact get done both of these stocks are going to do a lot more than run up a few pennies.

All we need to be concerned with is...
Are they diluting the stock???? NO
Are they in trying to work out a deal for a R/M of some kind??? By looking at the Nevada Filings...Yes they are.

All the rest of trade action here is BS.
