L 47 the potential value of the reorganized company as well as the control of it probably depends upon the details of the "agreement", among many other variables. At this point,It also doesn't seem clear to me who will have control of the process leading to the reorganized plan. Again the devil is in the negotiated details.
Yes, $24 per share is so small compared to what they have gained.....A proper number is needed. I think the bare minimum "fair" pay out is at minimum $60 per share
