Being generally correct rather than specifically wrong is simply achieved by qualifying any statement with "possibly", probably or maybe and then stating figures in round numbers and dates that only include years and months, etc.

But it is no fun to try to get as close to correctness as possible without being wrong... that's for the birds not the cats!

Anyway, I'm feeling pretty good about today's developments. It's clear that this court has seen the light and given our Equity Committee a big break. This is already in the press too and so the time to be flipping a little maybe over the next 2 weeks. We shall see.

>You can learn from more mistake than successes.
Its better to learn your mistakes than other ppl mistakes.
With your mistakes at least you know what you were thinking,
and where your analysis went wrong.

This "game" WILL humble the best.
It will also make some over-night superstars
(but, that can and usually does take a good number of years).

Thinking about this case this evening:
Its seem strange that all of sudden.
All parties to the GSA have major issues.
Is this karma?

And, what I believe helped common wasnt POSJMW.
Its was judges in other cases that made POSJMW ruling unworkable
on the next appeal. Or, using other rulings to bolster the current appeal of GSA.
