On the flip side, our EC is not planning on this taking forever. They are going for the settlement, period. They will get the most money they can and run, or they will prosecute.

Do you think JP Morgan, hedge funders, and the FDIC doubt the voracity, commitment, determination or skill and resources of our EC?

Not now, they don't. We mean business and most of the "business" is going to happen outside the court, imo.

We shall see in time and in the meantime, it's a good idea to feel good, not bad. It's a good idea to be a little blind to some of the details while we push forward to a sound conclusion to this one episode in democracy's evolution.

I suggest we all experience a little craziness rather than too much "reality"!

Catz...even if it take a long time....I would think we could get some % figures thrown around on the preferreds....give them a run to that % figure...if good enough people could get out half way or so....isn't that possible ?
