All in good time. With these subbys, PR's, financials are released strategically rather then when they normally should be. I prefer it that way. I'm sure that they are timing the release of the patent allowance as well. It's been exactly one month since it was granted. Its a good 'wild card' to have in their pocket. I doubt they expected us to find out about it beforehand. Financials are now done and being audited. Between now and June, we should see good things.

Today : Tuesday 24 May 2011

(PINKSHEETS: SLRW) Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation CEO George Moore is pleased to provide an update on the status of a newly planned treatment system in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Over the past few weeks, Solarbrook management has completed several key planning meetings pertaining to this new project. One such meeting was with the director of Chesterfield County's Department of Utilities at which time the application process for the new system was formally started. All designs and testing completed thus far have met or exceeded the requirements of Chesterfield County and the State of Virginia.

The next step will be for Solarbrook to conduct a pilot study on the customer's site in order to review all flow data to the County system, after which the company expects to receive approval of the project design by Wastewater Solutions LLC of Richmond, Virginia and by Chesterfield County.

A meeting is scheduled to finalize the application process for the week of May 23. The company will also field any questions from Chesterfield County and the State of Virginia regarding the new system at that time.

Commenting on the new project, CEO George Moore said, "We are very pleased by the way the planning for the new treatment system has progressed. The process has been very smooth to this point and we anticipate more of the same through its completion." Mr. Moore also said, "Once this project is finalized, it will greatly improve the quality of the wastewater going into Chesterfield County's water treatment system and should open new doors for similar projects throughout the United States."

Solarbrook also announced that it held a meeting with the accounting firm that is reviewing the company's financials. The review is in the final stages and will be posted upon its completion. "Providing updated financials to our shareholders is an important milestone," commented George Moore. "While we had hoped to achieve this level of transparency a bit sooner, our focus on growth and expansion has been our top priority in recent months. Now that we have laid a solid foundation for Solarbrook, we have been able to direct the necessary attention to attain this important benchmark."
