(PINKSHEETS: SLRW) Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation announced today that the company has retained the securities law firm of McMullen and Associates, http://www.mcmullenassociates.com/, to assist in filling SEC Form 10. The process of filing Form-10 will begin as soon as the current financials being audited are completed; this will be the first step towards the ultimate goal of transitioning off of the pink Sheets and onto a fully reporting exchange.
