Just to be devil's advocate here,... I thought a similar thing about this company 2 years ago when I first bought in.
Then the share price slipped gradually,... then they did a huge RS,... then the share price dropped steadily for a year as they diluted the snot out of shareholder value,...
I'm down to less than 2% of the 'value' of the shares that I hold here in that time.
The best predictor of short-term future behavior of a person, or of a company's income potential is often looking at what they have done over the recent past.
They could break out,... I hope they do break out as the shares I hold might actually be worth something again,... but keep a realistic eye on the company. Their history isn't good.
