Everything points towards some time of merger if we look back at HM3 they were never considered board members of IHSN. Chris was always the CEO HM3 never disclosed any position on IHSN's board and as the filing showed that we were the survivor basically stating we acquired or absorbed them keeping IHSN in its entirety even though the agreement turned out to be only on a yearly basis.
Now if we look at Carmil Energy we have a whole different set up we filed as a non-survivor which IMO lets Carmil absorb us. With key facts such as the new website, share retirement, along with the appointment of the board of directors in which Carmil assumes top role with CW still playing a part but stepping down ranks on the board which again IMO shows control of IHSN transferring over to Carmil why else would CW assume a lessor position if it were still entirely his company? IMO next things we will see is all the financials become current.

While this has merger written all over it we are once again stuck playing the waiting game. IMO we will start receiving more PR's soon giving us more clues to their actions but still not disclosing everything in full until all the neccassry paper work is completed, but all in all like any other pinky its always a gamble but with IHSN I like my odds! I'm going big or bust!! GLTA

THIS IS TEXTBOOK RM Carmil.

Please note.

Read this link from gopublic.com

http://www.gopublic.com/requirements-to-close-public-shell-reverse-merger.html

Carmil to your point, Pay special note to:

Agreement for the Officers and Directors of the public shell to be replaced with the Officers and directors designated by the private company merger partner.

JUST AS IMPORTANT, AND OVERLOOKED

. Note: It is often necessary for the public shell to do a reverse split and/or cancel shares owned by the affiliates of the public share prior to completing the merger.

ARE YOU KIDDING, COMPARE THAT STATEMENT FROM GOPUBLIC TO IHSNs PR on April 18:

As part of its restructuring plan and to bolster the capital structure, the Company has elected to cancel and retire certain common shares of its affiliates.

Just a waiting game now.
