Since the company’s inception, through its research and development, they have developed many green patented technologies from high performance marine engines to energy positive electric phase shift generators. With ground breaking discoveries in electrical motors, specifically the invention of the phase shift electric generator, which led to the birth of Carmil Energy in 2011.

What';s my point? Mills is th enew CEO of IHSN, but his bio gives his overall duties for Carmil envergy nothing about IHSN. And none of the other or Carmil's board members who are now IHSN baord members have comments of their IHSN duties. But note on Chris Winter it says Chris Winter currently serves as the COO of IHSN "currently". Does make you think this is just one more shred of evidence that this is a reverse merger by Carmil of IHSN not an acquisition of another company as stated in the IHSN corporate mission. MY THOUGHTS!!! Your comments please.
