We finally agree on something. Correct, there are no pink sheet form 144's listed on the SEC website, just like there are no pink sheet form 4's listed on the SEC website, nor are ANY forms from cgaq listed on the SEC website.
No form 4's have gone through since that 144 went through (I've been monitoring it over the DOW wire news service, which is how you catch these things go through), meaning none of these shares have been sold. A form 4 has to go through within 2 days of any sale. Either he files these 144's on a regular basis like lots of ceo's do, OR since he of course knows what deals are going on exactly, he is preparing to possibly sell a few of his personal shares later on in the quarter as he naturally expects the pps to get to a much higher place during the next 90 days. If he files these 144's regularly each quarter this is a neutral sign imo. Just means he is giving himself the right to sell some of his own shares for any reason that may or may not come up, not that he's going to or planning to necessarily. Personally I think ceo's are kind of dumb if they don't file these every quarter. if this 144 is out of the ordinary it's a really good sign imo.
