Form 144s are never listed on the sec.gov website. They are found at MSN, Yahoo, and my favorite Vickers;

Again, there have been no Form 4 filings for stock ownership for CGAQ and one Form 144 from the CEO for an intent to sell 2,281,397 of his personal shares of CGAQ stock.
