I agree and good to see that the primary shareholder believes strongly in his company.



During the three months ended March 31, 2011, a shareholder has loaned the Company a total of $109, 551 to help
fund the production at the leased property in Kentucky. The loans are unsecured, bear no interest and are payable on
demand.
