On December 23, 2011, Andrew Kacic voluntarily resigned as President of Proper Power and Energy, Inc. (“PPWE”) as well as his positions with American Resources, Inc., PPWE's wholly owned subsidiary.

This stock was pumped and is now done. How is it that a company that has 1 Billion barrels recoverable has a market cap of $262.60k?

If they were proven reserves, then real investment would be all over them.

It boggles my mind that they can publish that.

Now on the website they say they have a lease that contains Four (4) producing oil wells. Yet on the last filing it states " All of our prospects are classified as exploratory in nature..."

Lesson here? read the filings and don't trust anything else.

- what is the status of the Utah project
- what is the effect of the very delicate news from June about the CEO

1) Until and unless the company files an 8-k report with the
SEC, Mr. Kacic is still the president of the company.

2) Any news the company has to report on Utah will be released
on our website or through a press release.

3) The company does not comment on any personal matters related
to its officers and directors, and if the board of directors felt
there was any “negative impact”, as you state, you can be
