A gentleman from the SEC answered my email with a phone call this morning. I was so taken by surprise and not in my office; I couldn’t really articulate my questions properly. He admitted that pink sheet stocks are a different animal and he didn’t know much about the regulations as they apply to pink sheets. After I thought about it I of course had a million questions, but the moment had passed for now. I have to wonder however, how concerned will the SEC be with a company that can’t keep their filings current? My feeling is as long as we have the yield sign showing and are late with filings we won’t be taken seriously by the SEC.
