I'm not sure Asus--they (MF and SF) talked to me quite a bit too--and though I am not friends with them--they told me a different story. It's hard to be bitter over someone else's demise--but I guess I do feel sorry for them and still feel that they were mistreated and taken advantage of. Either way--I don't think you and I will ever agree about this. If the coffee company ends up being a huge hit then I will take my hat off to you, but I would like to wait to see on that one--I get the feeling that by the time the connected have made their $ the less fortunate (meaning the ones buying in at current PPS) will probably feel differently and of course BH and buddies will be on to something new.
