Sorry for LOL, but I got offers too at horrible prices but didn't buy. I broke even on this stock despite BH calling me names back then that rhyme with ASUS. LOL. There's little doubt BH tried to keep it alive. If you find that unethical then I feel sorry for you, because if he hadn't then I'd consider letting down his investors (believers) without trying to raise capital as unethical...because after all, THAT is the main job of a CEO. SF was buying stock on the open market. I knew her closely back then and we talked all the time. She went "all in" on the open market, not how you claim.
