That's a nice LOI. DGRI expanding and looking to add to the potential revenue stream. Let's see them get it finalized and understand the details needed to continue or expand the current production it has. I spent much of my life in AZ and that region is known for potential gold so it will be interesting to see how it evolves.

Dear Dutch Gold:
Stop taking out awesome PR's, it kills the share price.
Much love,
Stockholders

They don't even have the means/money to make any significant progress with their current properties. They have to pay for everything with shares. So why would they go seeking new properties that they can't afford to do anything with?

A) They have decided their current properties have no potential to be profitable

B) This has turned into a share selling company and nothing more and this latest PR is a pretty big warning sign that somebody is looking to sell some shares (maybe those 100,000,000 shares that entered the float recently?) - I mean look at the PR and read carefully.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to the execution of definitive agreements, due diligence review and approval of the Board of Directors of Dutch Gold

Why start promoting something that could be months away and may never end up happening?

To sell shares.

Good luck here

DGRI should have mentioned the name of the mine so we could trace its history.
