He did loan the company money. And the salary expense is down as a loan repayment to NHWP. But since it's a private company there's no way of knowing how things flow. MOPN itself only paid one employee directly, which was Wayne.

I hate public company to related private company transactions or relationships for this reason alone.

Somewhere in the middle is always the truth. Just like the 1,000% increase is true but misleading at the same time and the middle is the truth.
