execution...MSEP had their books to the auditors around 6 weeks prior to the filing deadline last quarter. I think that's plenty of time to do the audit yet they were late. Also, it's not like the books were all that complicated. They had just about wiped them clean by spinning Ten Stix off.

I'm not saying auditors don't have a tough job. Frankly, there is NO WAY I could do that kind of work. Your opinion is somewhat biased though. I'm sure you have your problem clients that don't get you everything you need to do your job but there are plenty of companies that do hand over complete packages and filing deadlines are still missed.

Let's just see how this filing goes.

I came to your defense also. I used to an auditor. If the dam management has everything ready(paperwork), auditor can just write up the report in their audit program. For christ sake, it's always the accountant fault, and is never the managment fault. LMBO!
