Bottom line is that I want them to file on time. I am long in MSEP. I agree that I am partially biased being that I am an Auditor. Then again I only speak for the Big 4 Accounting firms, as I do not know and will not speak for any others. So if MSEP has someone else like most otcbb/pinkies do.... its very possible that it was the auditors fault. I always forget we dont do much business with smaller companies.

Mike: Auditors are not biased. They have to be neutral, and objectivity. You know they have to follow General accepting auditing standard(GAAS).
