This is something we can check with Tracy. SGR/Hkipp1 or anyone contacted Tracy on this?

Based on the wording in the PR, I am thinking they might have already applied for the permits and be ready for the reports. It wouldn't hurt to check this out with Tracy.

"..... core drilling can proceed as soon as drill permits have been obtained, estimated within 60 to 90 days".

I would read this as implying 60-90 from when the quoted statement was made, that they had been applied for.

There is wiggle room though, one could say "No, I just meant that that is how long it takes to acquire drill permits - not that they had been applied for."

Count on timelines being exceeded - that will minimize the gnashing of teeth and universal moaning if the usual delays happen and will afford a pleasant surprise if they do not.

A similar report by SRK for T____*, having nearby claims, was initiated in early february of '08(?) and submitted in mid-April of that same year. It referenced historical drill results but did not incorporate drilling for the purpose of generating that particular report- i.e., further drilling was likely undertaken subsequent to, and with reference to the report.

Links to the T____* report are here in older posts.

It would make sense to apply for the permits in advance so as to get down to the business of drilling as soon as the report is digested - OTOH, we don't know if the permit application must include specific information that will be in the report, such as exact locations & etc., do we?

One must be careful, lest A SEAL Team be dispatched to delete posters.
