I would guess you would need a report to know were to drill than get the permit to do it maybe I need to check out how the drilling permit process works.

Yes it would make sense to at least apply for the permits first, and I hope I'm not going to hear "we don't have the money for permits and need a JV first". If you read the last NR it is easy to see JB is not making any promises here, because, well he can not and Is not as confident of the outcome of tombstone as we are led to believe imho since he speaks alot of can be's and may be's. Now, had he applied for permits first or even worded the NR with a bit more confidence I would drink a glass of the koolaide here, but for now I'm not buying the story.
