i heard it a few months ago as well, they talk about 20100 and plans for 2011. No mention of going black I emailed chartpoppers to ask them the recording sate (and to display this on their site) as the April date is when they made the intro post to their blog not the recording.

FDA info has been similar for some time - supplying details to them in response to questions. I would be expecting approval in next 2 months based on response times to previous applications. It took 15 days in Canada and less in Europe I believe but what do the FDA know, it all goes back to 1979 laws.
