So the RS announcement is not for financing. It itself is a huge news. That means they announced RS for some other reason and that can change anytime. One reason they announced RS could be to wither out the short time profiters and to retain long term holders. The stock will have a healthy uptrend when it moves slow and steady rather than a quick spike and fall

If there's no need to dilute then why R/S??? Especially 1000/1. If pps hits .01 you're looking at $10 post split. All the R/S does is clear another 234 million shares to sell post split. They will almost certainly dilute or ther'e no reason for R/S.

The only sense I could then make of this is that perhaps they are guarding against someone taking out a big short position? Okay...I wont say more here...haven't dome my DD and don't want to start sounding foolish just throwing things out there.
