Just spoke with the IR department for scorpex, this is what i was told, Company is doing an audit should be completed in 6-8 weekswhen the audit is complete they will be moving up to the otcbb fully reporting, Company seen the massive volume on friday and because of that they announced the rs, why he didnt say. i asked about funding IR said they dont need money and they have no need to dilute. This is a huge company mergering with STDF, also the already have a plant in Insnata Mexico. IR told me this is HUGE short and long term
