Orange, a minor correction in your good post: You wrote: "but blacks are no longer owned by white people." It should read (IMO): "but people are no longer owned by people." There were many black slaves owned by Black people and there were Indians owned as slaves as well.

Yes. Pin head dancing must be very difficult. Especially for those of you who think the ICC is a terrible idea and that the USA should have the right to decide the fate of sovereign nations. Condemning pacifism, dismissing it as naive, and using excuses like the march of civilization reminds me of making the trains run on time and the fall of the second temple. But you will dismiss that because it does not fit your utilitarian moral relativism.
