The filings indicate that he sent, or at least paid for, an employee to attend a Monkinar. It left me with the impression that the relationship was new and indirect. Think "rich guy hears about new way to make the big money".

One would have to know how Roth became aware of the play. Either way, my original point was that Roth is no innocent here and as far as I am concerned, got his just desserts.

That's rich. So now it was OK that Monk committed fraud and screwed someone out of 600 thousand dollars because they "deserved it"? lol Why does reading that here that not surprise me?
