Like Janice, you missed by point. I was referring to Roth and that he might have been part of Monk's "team". And that might be how he became aware of CDIV. There might be two types here when referring to Monk's team. One team may have been the marks sucked into this scam and believing the fld scam. The other team might have been insiders with Monk who were trying to benefit in multiple ways from the first team.

One would have to know how Roth became aware of the play. Either way, my original point was that Roth is no innocent here and as far as I am concerned, got his just desserts.
