I still don't get it. That's not "gaming the system". Private stock sales are not illegal.

And private placements, though they must be filed with the SEC if they're Reg Ds, always involve the sale of deeply discounted stock.

You evidently don't know how the game is played because you are still suing the term "Monk's Team" when there was not team. There was just Monk and probably a couple of close buddies making scads of cash and all of his marks or victims who were getting robbed blind for believing in that con man. Anyone still in this stock was in the latter group.

"Dr." Jerry Williams has always been full of it... thank godness at least 1 thing so far has come out with him having to admit that he sold 1million shares at .30 here... when PPS was up near .70 ... and he was advising people to keep on slapping the asks, not to sell, exiting now would not be wise... etc... lolzzz... exciting up near .70 could have been the best thing anyone could have done... the simple chatzzz showed it at the time as well .... .0007 and below to .70+ ... the chart master telling people not to sell? get real... lock that float... it is going to $20!!! lolzzzz... ooops that was LoneGrey that kept sayin' dat... but same deal... doh!
