Went behind whose back? Sheesh. He was offered a block of stock at a steep discount and he said yes. Don't look now, but that happens all the time.

Well Janice, he went behind the "teams" back. Also, as I understand the complaint, "HE" went to Monk to "sneak" purchase those shares. I know how the game is played, I just don't like it and I am sure that Monks team would have been very unhappy to learn about that situation. And my point was that he (Roth) should be the last person to complain or file suit because it didn't turn out the way he envisioned. He tried to game the system and whoops, it backfired.
